The role requires 2–4+ years in commercial insurance and account management, a valid Property & Casualty license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, finance, or related field.
• State license required (Property & Casualty).
• 2-4+ years of commercial insurance and account management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for presentations to decision-makers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary contact, communicating expectations, updates, and recommendations.
• Assess client needs and develop tailored coverage solutions and renewal options.
• Lead renewals with analysis of options, benchmarking, loss experience, and program design.
• Oversee onboarding, renewals, policy issuance, compliance updates, and documentation.
