Job summary

The Baldwin Group is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to join our team. You will maintain client accounts, review policies, prepare renewal documents, and coordinate with Advisors and Risk Management to deliver superior service to our commercial clients.

You will counsel clients on coverage needs, place additional coverage as needed, and actively seek referrals to grow the client base while collaborating with insurance carriers and agency staff.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to maintain client files and key documents accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence.
• Ability to coordinate with advisors, risk management and service staff to support clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client files and accurate documentation per workflows.
• Prepare renewal documents, marketing, and negotiating insurance programs.
• Counsel clients on coverage and exposure and place additional coverage as needed.
• Solicit referrals from existing clients to drive new business.
