Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of commercial insurance experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication that inspires loyalty and commitment.
• Ability to analyze complex risk exposures and communicate appropriate recommendations to clients and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and retains large, complex clients with deep understanding of risk and insurance architecture.
• Develops trusted partnerships with insurance company partners and broker representatives.
• Leads client renewals with coverage and pricing comparisons, historical loss experience, and projected loss picks.
• Prepares complex market submissions including loss picks, deductible stratification, endorsements, and exposure information.
• Coordinates client teams to ensure service standards and key deliverables exceed expectations.
• Assesses audits to ensure accuracy between client and insurer audit teams.
• Builds relationships with clients, partners, brokers, and the firm’s advisors through integrity and expertise.
