Job summary

The Baldwin Group seeks a Commercial Risk Client Executive to manage and serve complex commercial accounts at a strategic level, developing consultative client relationships and educating on new coverage options.

The role requires seven years of commercial insurance experience, strong communication, and deep knowledge of risk and insurance architecture, with preference for industry designations and Sagitta familiarity. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of commercial insurance experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex risk exposures and recommend solutions.
• Knowledge of insurance coverage, contracts, and market conditions.
• Designations such as CPCU, CIC, CRM, or ARM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and retains large, complex clients with deep risk and insurance architecture understanding.
• Leads renewals discussions including coverage and pricing comparisons, historical loss experience, and projected loss picks.
• Prepares complex submissions for the marketplace including loss picks and endorsements.
• Coordinates client teams to ensure service standards and deliverables exceed expectations.
• Mentors and shares insurance expertise with colleagues.
