You will lead client relationships, negotiate with carriers, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver strategic coverage plans aligned with client operations.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a state insurance professional as required.
• Minimum of seven years of relevant experience in risk management consulting or insurance.
• Designations such as CPCU/CIC/CRM/ARM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategic discussions with clients on renewals, coverages, and pricing.
• Develops and maintains consultative client relationships at senior levels.
• Prepares complex submissions for marketplace with detailed risk information.
• Mentors team and shares insurance expertise across the firm.
