Job summary

The Baldwin Group seeks a Commercial Risk Client Executive to manage and service large, complex commercial accounts, developing consultative relationships and strategic risk solutions for clients. You will educate clients on coverage options, coordinate internal teams, lead renewal discussions, and prepare marketplace submissions while maintaining strong industry knowledge and ethics.

The role requires seven years of commercial insurance experience, state licenses, and advanced communication

Qualifications

• Obtain and maintain state insurance license within the first 90 days.
• Minimum of seven years of commercial insurance experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that inspire loyalty.
• Ability to analyze complex risk exposures and map risk for clients.
• Designations CPCU, CIC, CRM or ARM preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and retains large, complex clients with deep risk understanding.
• Develops trusted partnerships with insurance company partners and brokers.
• Leads client renewals with coverage and pricing comparisons and historical loss experience.
• Prepares complex submissions for the marketplace with loss picks and exposures.
• Coordinates client team to ensure service standards and deliverables.
• Assesses audits for accuracy between client and partner audit teams.
• Builds trusting relationships with clients, partners and advisors.
• Shares insurance expertise with firm advisors and colleagues.
