Nusenda Credit Union in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a VP Commercial Relationship Manager to lead strategic relationships with top commercial members. You will develop, grow, and deepen full-service banking relationships, manage a portfolio of complex loans and deposits, and coordinate treasury solutions with internal partners.

You will own the relationship strategy, drive growth, ensure compliance with loan terms, and supervise annual reviews.

Qualifications

Eight to ten years of similar or related experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

Develop, grow, and deepen commercial relationships through full-service strategies for the credit union.
Actively call new prospects and maintain relationships with existing members through periodic calls and site visits.
Identify Treasury Management opportunities and coordinate with Treasury partners.
Support Commercial Banking by managing a portfolio of the most complex members.
Serve as primary contact for loan and depository needs and ensure annual loan reviews are completed.
Maintain portfolio performance, including credit quality and risk management.
Engage internal partners for efficient transactional servicing and relationship advisory.
Maintain documentation and negotiated terms in the CRM system.
