Job summary

Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Commercial Relationship Administration Manager to lead the regional relationship administration team and ensure efficient operations across loan documentation, account openings, and member services.

In this role you will collaborate with the AVP Commercial Relationship Administration, manage workflow, train staff, and drive process improvements while upholding the credit union's commitment to member service and community values.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Extensive experience with commercial banking loan documentation, administration, processing and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional Relationship Administration activities and staff.
• Coordinate daily workflow and improve efficiency.
• Support Commercial Relationship Managers with loan processes.
• Lead prefunding and loan closing coordination.
• Ensure accurate loan documentation and account openings.
