Job summary

Nusenda Credit Union seeks a VP Commercial Relationship Manager to lead the development and growth of commercial banking relationships, building a high-quality loan and deposit portfolio. You will own the overall relationship strategy, driving growth, retention, and expansion with complex commercial members.

You'll coordinate with Treasury Management and internal partners to deliver full-service solutions while ensuring compliance, documentation, and performance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial loan structures and banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, grow and deepen commercial relationships through full-service banking strategies.
• Call on new prospects and maintain relationships with existing members.
• Identify Treasury Management opportunities and collaborate with Treasury Management partners.
• Manage a portfolio of complex and high-profile commercial members.
• Serve as primary contact for members' banking needs, including loans and deposits.
• Ensure loan reviews are completed timely and terms are compliant.
• Maintain documentation in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal partners to execute servicing activities.
