Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of related commercial banking experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deepen commercial relationships with full-service strategy.
• Call on new prospects and visit sites to grow member relationships.
• Identify Treasury Management opportunities and coordinate with partners to expand value.
• Manage portfolio of complex, high-profile commercial members.
• Serve as primary contact for loan and depository needs and ensure loan reviews.
• Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with loan terms.
• Collaborate with internal partners for efficient servicing.
• Maintain documentation within the CRM system.
