Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activity of regional Relationship Administration; assign duties, monitor workload, plan, and recommend improvements with AVP.
• Support regional execution of the commercial banking service model and assist Commercial Relationship Managers with loan processes and account openings.
• Lead prefunding and closing processes for complex loan requests and attorney-prepared documents.
• Complete assigned work including loan documentation support, account maintenance, and file review.
