Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in commercial banking or 6+ years in related client-facing financial services.
• Strong customer service and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategy for high-value retention and expansion clients.
• Deliver knowledgeable advice and optimize revenue opportunities.
