Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance is preferred or equivalent banking experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of commercial banking experience with a track record of deposit and fee income generation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a quality loan portfolio with focus on mid-to-large commercial clients.
• Market products and services to existing and prospective clients and cross-sell treasury services.
• Profile and service C&I loans, owner-occupied and investment real estate projects.
• Manage risk and credit quality in accordance with bank policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare loan memorandums, commitment letters and related documents.
• Build deposits and generate fee income through cross-selling and referrals.
• Collaborate with internal partners to expand relationships and COI networks.
• Monitor portfolio, update financial information and ensure compliance.
