Regions Bank in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager II to deliver tailored client solutions across a broad range of products in a defined geographic area, targeting clients with revenues up to $20MM. You will identify high-value retention and expansion opportunities, build solid client relationships, and collaborate with partners in a team-based delivery model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and four years experience in Commercial Banking or six years experience in closely related client-facing financial services
• High school diploma or GED and eight years experience in Commercial Banking or ten years experience in closely related client-facing financial services
• Commercial Banking experience preferred
• Relationship Management experience desired
• Credit/Analyst experience valued

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize and develop relationship strategy for high-value retention / expansion clients and acquisition targets
• Deliver knowledgeable advice and solutions, institutionalizes client relationships, and optimizes revenue opportunities to the Commercial Bank
• Isolate current and emerging client needs and proactively introduces solutions
• Identify and work with relevant business partners in a team-based delivery model
• Plan and execute quality client/prospect calls, centered around advice-driven delivery
• Manage transaction processes from initial engagement through final close, including structure, pricing, internal approval / compliance processes and documentation
• Exercise credit acumen and pricing discipline
• Develops consistent practices learned through the Relationship Management Process and relevant credit training
