Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training.
• 6+ years of Commercial Banking experience or related field.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and compliance.
• Proven ability to grow deposits and loans.

Responsibilities

• Set business development strategy for the market and generate new client opportunities.
• Manage a large commercial/consumer portfolio with deposits and loans.
• Analyze financials and determine credit risk and loan structuring.
• Coordinate portfolio management with Credit Analysts and specialists.
• Represent the bank at networking and community events.
