Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years in Commercial Banking or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience required.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory banking policies and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Set business development strategy for the assigned market and pursue new opportunities.
• Manage and grow a deposit portfolio of $50M+ and a loan portfolio of $75M+.
• Analyze client financials, assess risk, and prepare loan requests for committees.
• Collaborate across lines of business and mentor team members.
