Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager III to handle a dedicated geographic area, focusing on clients with revenues up to $50MM-$75MM. You will deliver tailored solutions, lead strategic relationship plans, and coordinate with partners to optimize revenue in a fast-paced commercial banking environment.

The role requires strong negotiation, advisory and credit skills, with full-time on-site work in Atlanta, GA. Eligible for incentive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with five years in Commercial Banking or eight years in related client-facing financial services.
• High school diploma or GED with nine years in Commercial Banking or twelve years in closely related client-facing financial services.
• Experience managing high-value retention, expansion clients and acquisition targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationship strategy for high-value retention/expansion clients and acquisition targets.
• Deliver knowledgeable advice and solutions to the Commercial Bank and optimize revenue opportunities.
• Identify client needs and proactively introduce solutions.
• Collaborate with business partners in a team-based delivery model.
• Plan and execute client/prospect calls centered around advisory delivery.
• Manage transaction processes from engagement through close, including pricing and approvals.
• Exercise credit acumen and pricing discipline.
• Adopt Relationship Management processes and related credit training.

Education
