Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in Commercial Banking or 8+ years in related client-facing financial services
• High school diploma or GED and 9+ years in Commercial Banking or 12+ years in related client-facing financial services
• Commercial Banking experience preferred
• Relevant graduate degree preferred
• Relationship management experience helpful
• Credit/analyst experience beneficial

Responsabilités

• Identifies, prioritizes and develops relationship strategy for high-value retention/expansion clients and targets
• Delivers knowledgeable advice and solutions to the Commercial Bank
• Isolates client needs and proactively introduces solutions
• Collaborates with business partners in a team-based delivery model
• Plans and executes client/prospect calls focused on advisory delivery
• Manages transaction processes from engagement to close including pricing and approvals
• Exercises credit and pricing discipline
• Develops practices learned through RM process and training
