Relation Insurance Inc. in California seeks an experienced Account Manager to oversee client relationships, advise on coverage and risk management, and ensure alignment with growth goals.

You will coordinate renewals, proposals and risk analyses, and act as a field underwriter as needed. Ideal candidates have a Property & Casualty license, 5+ years in commercial lines, bilingual Spanish/English, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Property and Casualty license required and maintained; designations preferred (e.g. AINS, CIC, CPCU, ARM).
• Minimum 5 years account management experience in insurance with a focus on commercial lines.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus or required in some locations.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial lines and underwriting procedures.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main client contact, advising on coverage changes and contractual requirements.
• Partner in strategic development of insurance plans tailored to client needs.
• Act as field underwriter and carrier representative to bind coverage as appropriate.
• Manage renewals and remarketing to maintain high account retention.
• Prepare client proposals, submissions, loss evaluations, and risk analyses with timely quotations.
• Produce binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, and related documents.
• Assist clients with claims submissions and coordinate carrier responses for prompt settlements.
• Review renewals and audits; communicate discrepancies and take corrective action.
• Stay informed about industry developments and new products to enhance client service.
• Adopt innovative technology, including AI solutions, in service delivery.
