HUB International is seeking a client-focused Insurance Account Associate to support day-to-day client needs, renewals, and policy management in Pasco, WA. You will coordinate with producers and underwriters to ensure accurate quotes, coverage, and timely invoicing.

Responsibilities include maintaining electronic records, training teammates, and handling varied client inquiries to ensure satisfaction and smooth renewals.

Responsabilidades

• Handle day-to-day client needs including calls, email, and other communications about coverage questions, policy changes, payments, and cancellations.
• Manage the renewal process: obtain updated information, marketing, terms and pricing negotiation, quote review, presentation of renewal numbers to the Producer and the client (where applicable) and invoicing.
• Review quote documents to ensure all insurance requirements are included in quote proposal.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with underwriters to negotiate coverage and achieve positive results for clients.
• Prepare proposals, binding of coverage, review policies for accuracy, and create client policy summaries and binders.
• Set up and maintain electronic records.
• Share coverage knowledge and educate team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
