Qualifications

• Six or more years in insurance brokerage/account management.
• Active P&C Insurance Producer License required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client needs including coverage questions, changes, payments and renewals.
• Oversee new business and renewal processes, including marketing, terms and pricing, and invoicing.
• Review quotes to ensure coverage requirements are met and present options to clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Mentor and delegate tasks to Associate/Account Managers to balance workload.
