Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Account Manager to serve commercial client accounts with a focus on insurance coverage, renewals, and client communications. The role is an on-site position that supports collaboration across teams and requires active P&C license and insurance knowledge.

You will handle quotes, policy issuances, endorsements, and data updates in Applied Systems/EPIC, while building strong relationships and identifying coverage options for clients' evolving needs.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Strong organizational skills and initiative.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and people skills.
• CPCU or related training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service accounts, including quotes and issuing policies, IDs, endorsements, certificates, renewals.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly.
• Insurance marketing and sales.
• Collect renewal data on assigned accounts.
• Claims support.
• Develop coverage strategies and plans.
• Review policies and endorsements for accuracy.
• Maintain client data in Applied Systems/EPIC.
• Document activities in Applied Systems/EPIC.
• Understand and use upload/download interfaces.
• Assist other departments in issuing policies for mutual clients.
• Keep Producers informed of important activities and potential problems.
• Stay current with industry trends and license compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of underwriting requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of policy provisions.
• Complete backup duties.
