Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Makes decisions on books of insurance business for which the incumbent is responsible.
• Works closely with Producers and other HUB personnel on client service, marketing, and renewal.
• Oversees preparation and implementation of all transactions, correspondence, documents, and processing for assigned accounts.
• Acquires understanding of clients' insurance objectives and analyzes insurance plans for suitability.
• Stays abreast of changes in the insurance industry and external conditions impacting clients.
• Makes recommendations to clients in response to changes without manager approval.
• Acts as liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve escalated issues.
• Negotiate with underwriters and carriers when needed.
• Troubleshoots claims and billing issues.
• Responsible for overall retention of accounts and development of new business.
• Identifies cross-selling opportunities and follows up when appropriate.
• Manages client meetings and documents conversations in HUB systems.
• Ensures data accuracy in HUB databases and AMS.
• Travels for company business as required.
