• Makes decisions on books of insurance business for which the incumbent is responsible.
• Works closely with Producers and HUB personnel on client service, marketing, and renewal.
• Oversees the preparation and implementation of all transactions and internal processing for accounts.
• Understands clients' objectives and analyzes insurance plans for suitability.
• Keeps abreast of changes in the insurance industry affecting clients.
• Makes recommendations to clients independently.
• Acts as liaison between clients and carriers to resolve complex issues.
• May negotiate with underwriters and carriers.
• Troubleshoots claims and billing issues.
• Maintains overall retention of accounts in the book of business.
