Job summary

Staffing LLC is seeking a seasoned relationship manager to grow and retain profitable banking relationships in the Midland area. You will leverage extensive product knowledge and credit expertise to deliver value-added solutions, drive revenue, and mitigate risk across commercial loans and related services.

The role emphasizes loan structuring, cross-selling, and deep client engagement to build long-term franchise value for our clients and the bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field preferred.
• Typically 4+ years direct lending or credit support experience.
• Knowledge of sales, loan processing and closing processes.
• Extensive knowledge of Commercial Banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Solicit commercial clients through calls, referrals and cross selling.
• Obtain COIs and attend networking events in the assigned geographic area.
• Loan structuring and credit analysis.
• Generate a variety of commercial and real estate loans.
• Close loans typically in the $1M to $10M range.
• Cross sell bank products to drive deposit growth.
• Other duties as assigned.
