Job summary

State Bank is seeking a Commercial Loan Officer to grow and manage commercial loan relationships within the Bank’s service area. You will establish sales objectives, solicit new business, and provide exceptional service while navigating banking policies and risk management.

The role requires deep knowledge of lending products, financial analysis, and strong relationship-building abilities, with opportunities for leadership and community engagement within a stable, expanding regional bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Specialized banking or commercial lending education and training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage commercial loan relationships, meeting service and production goals.
• Maintain documentation and records for loan activity and customer contacts.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Commercial Lenders as assigned.
• Participate in community activities reflecting positively on the Bank.
• Coordinate tasks across departments to ensure efficient operations.
