Job summary

Prosperity Bank in Texas Odessa seeks a seasoned Relationship Manager to grow and retain profitable client relationships, delivering value-added banking solutions and cross selling to meet revenue goals.

You will leverage extensive product knowledge, credit analysis, and loan structuring skills to originate and close commercial and real estate loans typically in the $1M to $10M range, while managing risk and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in banking, finance or related field preferred.
• Typically seven years of direct lending or credit support experience.
• Proven client relationship and business development abilities.
• Familiarity with loan processing and closing processes.

Responsibilities

• Solicit commercial clients; grow and retain profitable relationships through calls, referrals and cross selling.
• Acquire COIs and attend networking events in the assigned geographic area.
• Apply loan structuring and credit analysis skills to commercial and real estate loans.
• Originates and closes loans, typically in the $1M to $10M range.
• Contribute to deposit growth by cross selling additional banking products.
