Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a horticultural or landscape-related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and follow-through abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proficiency with technology and computer applications.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new commercial landscape maintenance and snow removal opportunities.
• Grow existing accounts through proactive relationship management and enhancement sales.
• Develop and execute strategies focused on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, contracts, and take-offs.
• Conduct site walkthroughs and client meetings.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and issue resolution.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships with a focus on high account retention.
• Understand customer goals and provide tailored service solutions.
• Work closely with operations and production teams to exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal departments.
• Support account management, billing coordination, and reporting activities.
• Prepare sales reports and proposals.
• Manage contracts, enhancements, and account documentation.
• Assist with accounts receivable and customer follow-up.
