Earthtones Companies seeks an experienced Commercial Maintenance Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive quality landscape maintenance for commercial accounts. You will be the primary liaison with clients and internal teams to ensure service excellence and contract compliance.

The role requires knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, and landscape practices, plus strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing landscape maintenance accounts or related field.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation and landscape practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for assigned commercial landscape accounts.
• Maintain client relationships through proactive communication and site visits.
• Ensure contract compliance, quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities and prepare proposals for additional services.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance with production teams.
• Monitor costs, budgets and profitability for each account.
• Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in training field staff to maintain high performance and safety.
