Job summary

Earthtones Companies seeks an experienced Commercial Maintenance Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive quality landscape maintenance for commercial accounts. You will be the primary liaison with clients and internal teams to ensure service excellence and contract compliance.

The role requires knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, and landscape practices, plus strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and budgets.

• Monitor job costs, budgets, and profitability for assigned accounts.
• Handle client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
• Assistin the training and development of field staff tomaintainhigh performance and safety standards.
• Support company initiatives related to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• years of experience in landscape maintenance management ora relatedfield.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and landscape management software (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred
