We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to lead and oversee landscape maintenance operations for our commercial clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple accounts, ensuring high-quality grounds maintenance, and fostering strong client relationships. Duties

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of landscape maintenance for commercial accounts, including lawn care, plant care, hardscape upkeep, and irrigation systems.
• Supervise and lead landscaping crews, providing clear direction, training, and support to ensure efficient operations and high standards of quality.
• Oversee construction projects related to grounds development or improvements, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Conduct site inspections to assess landscape conditions, identify plant health issues, and recommend appropriate horticultural solutions.
• Operate or oversee the operation of company vehicles and grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
• Manage irrigation systems including installation, repairs, adjustments, and seasonal shut-downs to optimize water use.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, client communications, equipment maintenance, and project progress.
• Foster positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and offering landscape enhancement suggestions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations during all outdoor activities.
