Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking a Commercial Lines Sales Executive (Producer) to build and close new business in the commercial insurance space. You’ll develop executive-level relationships, deliver risk management solutions, and grow a substantial book of business through effective prospecting and cross-selling.

The role offers a base salary plus commission, opportunities to expand client relationships, and access to medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan with immediate vesting.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development and selling commercial insurance or employee benefits is valued.
• Must obtain and maintain insurance licenses and regulatory requirements.
• Self-motivated and able to manage complex sales cycles and build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new commercial insurance opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to move prospects through the pipeline and close cases.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and leverage the platform to manage opportunities.
• Deliver risk management solutions using World’s broad portfolio of services.
• Cross-sell and introduce additional solutions to support clients’ evolving needs.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive insurance and risk management solutions.
