Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Insurance experience is a plus.
• Possess or obtain a Property & Casualty insurance producer license as required.
• Continuing education as required by statutes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers’ needs and exposures; determine gaps in coverage.
• Develop risk management plans and quote rates for immediate coverage actions.
• Identify prospects and markets; promote the agency’s products and services.
• Service and renew existing accounts; answer questions on coverage; manage changes.
