Element-Risk in the United States seeks an experienced Advisor to develop and manage a growing book of commercial insurance business. You will analyze client needs, evaluate options, and provide tailored Property & Casualty solutions.

The role includes identifying new prospects, nurturing relationships, and supporting renewals while working with carriers to place coverage. Strong communication and P&C knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Performs duties independently with minimal supervision, following established directions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance and risk alternatives.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and exposures by fact-finding and reviewing current coverages.
• Develop insurance and risk-management plans; quote rates for immediate coverage.
• Identify prospects, markets, and promote the agency’s products and services.
• Service and manage existing customers; support renewals and respond to coverage questions.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with carriers within agency authority; present best options.
• Meet revenue standards and quotas established by the agency.
• Collaborate with agency staff and managers on market conditions.
• Handle calls and visits regarding risks, coverage, and changes; process renewals.
