Job summary

Marsh & McLennan Agency is seeking a Senior Commercial Account Executive to manage complex client insurance programs. You will act as the primary liaison with producers, coordinate with carriers and vendors, and lead renewal preparations, proposals and certificates of insurance.

The role requires strong consultative skills, strategic thinking, and robust client servicing across multiple accounts. Ideal candidates have Texas P&C licensing, 5+ years as an Account Executive, and preferred CIC/CPCU

Qualifications

• Licensed Texas P&C Agent
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years Account Executive experience required
• CIC & CRM, or CPCU preferred
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and current internet technologies

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact with the Producer
• Initiate correspondence with the marketplace
• Coordinate with vendors to manage client insurance programs
• Maintain positive client relationships and analyze situations to make proactive decisions
• Demonstrate consultative ability to instruct and direct clients
• Manage deadlines and client meetings, including renewals
• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Direct Billing with respect to cancellations
• Prepare renewal documents, proposals, binders and certificates
• Provide leadership guidance to Account Executives and Managers

Skills

Texas P&C Agent license

5+ years Account Executive experience

CIC & CRM or CPCU

Proficient with Word, Excel, internet

Client relationship management

Education
