Marsh & McLennan Agency is seeking a Commercial Account Executive in Texas to manage client insurance programs and coordinate renewal terms. You will act as a lead contact with producers, prepare Acords and loss summaries, and oversee policy documentation to ensure smooth servicing for midmarket clients.

The role requires a Texas P&C license (preferred), a Bachelor's degree, CIC/CRM experience, and strong multi-tasking and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed Texas P&C agent preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Completion of CIC and CRM preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years midmarket Commercial Account Manager experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and online tools.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize client needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Client Insurance Program using the agency management system.
• Act as primary contact with producers and vendors.
• Create Acord applications and COPE spreadsheets for submissions.
• Prepare loss summaries and renewal proposals.
• Issue Acord binders for renewals and manage direct billing.
• Prepare policies and documentation for clients, including certificates.
• Perform quality checks on policies and maintain client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and outsourcing teams as needed.
