Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of midmarket Commercial Account Manager experience preferred.
• Completion of CIC and CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact with Producers and marketplaces.
• Prepare Acord applications, schedules, and insurance documents.
• Manage accounts receivable and direct billing for cancellations.
• Coordinate renewal proposals and loss summaries.
• Communicate with carriers and clients to satisfy policy requirements.
• Provide guidance to other team members and ensure client service quality.
