Job summary

Marsh & McLennan Agency seeks a Senior Account Executive in Austin, TX to manage large and complex accounts within the client services team. You will lead renewal proposals, approvals, and carrier communications, coordinating with Account Managers and external resources to deliver superior service.

You will analyze quotes, advise clients on coverage gaps, and expand broker/consultant services while maintaining strong client relationships and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Texas P&C license required.
• 5–7 years internal Account Executive experience preferred.
• 7–10 years external midmarket Account Executive experience preferred.
• CIC & CRM, or CPCU required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact with the Producer.
• Coordinate with marketplace and carriers for renewals and proposals.
• Maintain client relationships and analyze situations for proactive decisions.
• Prepare Acord applications, loss summaries, and renewal proposals.
• Lead client meetings and coordinate with Account Managers and outsourcing teams.
