Job summary

Marsh & McLennan Agency in Dallas is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to manage the client insurance program and coordinate with producers, markets, and account managers to maintain strong client relationships.

You will prepare Acord applications, loss summaries, renewal proposals, and manage premium finance, billing, and policy deliveries using our agency management system. A Texas P&C license and 5+ years of midmarket experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Texas P&C agent preferred.
• Bachelor's degree, preferred.
• 5+ years midmarket Commercial Account Manager experience preferred.
• CIC and CRM certifications preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Willingness to work beyond scheduled hours.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Document and manage the Client Insurance Program using the agency management system.
• Handle larger and more complex accounts and coordinate with Account Managers or external resources.
• Create Acord applications and supplementation when submitting to carriers.
• Prepare loss summaries and renewal proposals; issue Acord binders for renewals.
• Manage accounts receivable and direct billing with respect to cancellations.
• Delegate tasks to Account Managers or outsourcing teams and monitor workflow.
• Support training and growth of the Account Manager and ensure client satisfaction.
