Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of commercial account executive or related experience.
• Active Texas Property & Casualty Agent License required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk financing.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted accounts under pressure.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with data, analytics, coverage evaluation, and risk identification processes.
• Proficiency with EPIC, CRM, and MS Office; organized with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Manage 4–8 very complex accounts and serve as primary consultant and relationship manager.
• Provide strategic risk management recommendations; oversee renewals and implementations.
• Lead pre-renewal planning, strategy development, bid management, and vendor negotiations.
• Oversee implementation, renewal execution, and transition activities for smooth client transitions.
• Coordinate account team activities and maintain clear client communications and calendars.
• Represent MMA at conferences and industry events; support RFPs and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MMA services and leverage resources for clients.
