You will prepare Acord applications, loss summaries, renewal proposals, and binders, while supervising accounts receivable and direct billing for cancellations. Collaboration with Account Managers and outsourcing teams is essential to ensure superior client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of midmarket Commercial Account Manager experience preferred.
• Completion of CIC and CRM preferred.
• Proficient at Word, Excel, and current internet technologies.
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Willingness to work to meet client needs beyond scheduled hours.
• Ability to learn, analyze and comprehend commercial lines of insurance.
• Demonstrate ability to service clients effectively through problem solving, confidentiality, diplomacy, sensitivity and tact.
• Demonstrate track record of interacting with, meeting with and partnering with assigned clients to achieve mutually desired outcomes via routine client contact by phone, e-mail and periodic meetings and planning sessions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Client Insurance Program using the agency management system.
• Act as a point of contact with the Producer and initiate correspondence with the marketplace.
• Prepare Acord applications, including Supplementals, for submissions to Marketing and/or carriers.
• Prepare Loss Summaries and renewal proposals.
• Issue Acord Insurance Binders for renewal terms and initiate Premium Finance requests.
• Manage Accounts Receivables and Direct Billing with respect to Cancellations.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and outsourcing teams to ensure tasks are completed.
• Perform quality checks on policies and ensure coverage details are accurate for clients.
• Provide direction to junior staff in absence of senior team members.
• Prepare documents for renewal terms, including Insurance Proposals and Certificates of Insurance.
