Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Commercial HVAC industry.
• 5+ years of experience managing/leading a team of technicians.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Service & Optimization guidelines & best practices are followed.
• Identify actions and escalate blockers to improve KPI performance.
• Provide training for environmental, health and safety compliance.
• Review work orders for accuracy and manage accounts receivable.
• Recruit, hire, and train technicians as needed.
