Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Service Manager to lead field technicians and operations, driving maintenance, repair, and installation projects to exceed customer expectations while achieving revenue and margin targets. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of commercial HVAC, plus experience in talent development, field operations, and safety.

A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in HVAC are preferred; strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this

High School diploma or GED.
Valid Driver’s License.
5+ years of experience in the Commercial HVAC industry.

Responsibilities

Lead field technicians and operations to ensure maintenance, repair, overhaul, and installation projects meet targets.
Manage KPI performance and field operations; join DMB meetings daily to discuss progress.
Ensure EH&S compliance and provide training for a safe work environment.
Review work orders, invoices, and time reports for accuracy and AR management.
Recruit, interview, hire and train technicians to meet workload demands.
Meet with customers in the service territory to ensure satisfaction and retention; pursue additional opportunities.
