The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the commercial HVAC business, strong leadership, and a track record of managing field teams, while upholding safety and quality across sites.

Qualifications

• Lead and develop field technicians to meet workload demands.
• Ensure safety and quality standards across service operations.
• Drive KPI improvement and customer satisfaction through proactive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Service & Optimization guidelines and best practices are followed.
• Identify actions, complete offline tasks, and escalate blockers to improve KPI performance.
• Join DMB meetings daily and discuss progress on KPIs and improvement actions.
• Ensure EH&S compliance and train staff for a safe, productive work environment.
• Review work orders, invoices and time reports for accuracy and AR management.
• Address warranty issues and product recalls affecting field service operations.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train technicians to meet demand.
• Meet with customers in the service territory to ensure satisfaction and retention.
