Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate development.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate multiple development projects with schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Research opportunities, site information, market data, and feasibility.
Support due diligence, documentation, and project readiness.
Review site plans, surveys, and construction drawings for accuracy.
Build relationships with brokers, owners, consultants, municipalities, contractors, and leaders.
Prepare reports, analyses, presentations, and updates for leadership.
