Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a seasoned Commercial Banker to serve as the primary relationship owner for mid-to-large commercial clients in the Redding area. You will prospect, win and grow relationships while coordinating with the Commercial team to deliver credit and non-credit solutions.

In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to executives, drive revenue and growth, and participate in community and cross-functional collaboration to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant commercial banking experience or proven track record in developing business in the commercial industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key commercial banking relationship for assigned commercial client portfolio.
• Prospect for new Commercial relationships and collaborate with team to deepen client relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Executive-level client contacts to assess banking needs and provide customized solutions.
• Lead cross-functional team responses to client requests with experts to present full bank capabilities.
