Qualifications

• 7-10 years — relevant commercial banking experience and/or proven track record in developing business in the commercial industry.
• Travel requirements: Frequent.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the key commercial banking relationship for assigned commercial client relationships.
• Identifies, attracts and secures new commercial relationships to grow bank's C&I market share.
• Achieves individual production goals for loans, deposits and core fee income.
• Leads cross-functional team to respond to customer requests and identified needs.
• Maintains a working knowledge of Bank policies and procedures and applicable regulations.
