Columbia Bank is seeking a senior Commercial Relationship Manager to manage a large, complex portfolio and act as a trusted advisor to executive-level clients. You will prospect for new business, deepen relationships with Commercial Banking teams, and guide cross-functional responses to client needs.

The role emphasizes expert credit acumen, large loan structuring capabilities, and leadership across diverse industries. Onsite work in Sacramento is expected with frequent travel.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of relevant Commercial lending experience.
• Proven track record of developing business in the Commercial C&I segment and industry.
• Experience with underwriting and managing Shared National Credits (SNC) and complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key banking relationship manager for assigned commercial clients.
• Prospect for new business and deepen client relationships with Commercial Banking team.
• Lead cross-functional teams to respond quickly to client requests and coordinate credit and non-credit solutions.
• Mentor others and coach team members as subject matter expert.
• Maintain active prospecting while ensuring quality client maintenance.
