Qualifications

• Minimum three years in banking with business development, marketing and sales; credit/underwriting may be a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, accounting, marketing, communications, management or related field.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Targets and maintains contact with individuals, businesses and centers of influence to grow loans and deposits.
• Achieves goals for funded loans, portfolio and deposit growth, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Attends events and represents the bank to broaden image and visibility.
• Analyzes and structures new loan requests and prepares credit packages.
