You will build strategic relationships at CEO/CFO level, deliver tailored banking solutions, and lead teams to execute products and services.

The role emphasizes high-touch servicing, proactive portfolio growth, and regular business reviews, with onsite work at Meadows Road in Lake Oswego.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of relevant commercial banking experience (Required).
• Strong relationship management and sales skills with a proven track record.
• Advanced credit and underwriting knowledge, including cash flow analysis.
• Proficiency with common business software such as Word and Excel; ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of up to 250 commercial banking relationships with high-touch service.
• Engage CEO and CFO levels to assess holistic banking needs and deliver customized banking insights and solutions.
• Lead, direct, and coordinate team members for analysis and execution of banking products and services.
• Promote cross-selling and partner with internal teams to leverage bank solutions and maximize client value.
